【Purpose of Collection】 To evaluate your supplier qualifications, assess the feasibility of business cooperation, and fulfill due diligence obligations required by relevant laws and regulations.

【Information Types】

Basic Company Information: Including but not limited to company name, profile, products, number of employees, etc.

Company Contact Information: Name, phone number, email address, etc.

Company Client Information: Partner clients, product categories, etc.

Attachment Information: Including but not limited to business licenses, tax payment certificates, etc.

【Processing Method】 We will securely store your information within China solely for supplier qualification review and subsequent cooperation management. This information will not be used for any other purposes.

【Retention Period】

If no commercial cooperation is pursued and no contract is successfully concluded between both parties, we will delete the information you provided within six months.

If both parties confirm the advancement of commercial cooperation and successfully enter into a contract, the retention period shall be from the date of collection until [3] years after the termination of cooperation, or a longer period as required by laws and regulations. If the contract between both parties contains special provisions, such provisions shall prevail.

【Consequences of Non-Disclosure】 If necessary information cannot be provided, we may be unable to complete the qualification assessment and consequently unable to process your supplier application.
